Ruby is the birthstone for July, known for its rich red tones like a rocket's red glare. Rubies are often associated with love, passion, good luck and protection. We love rubies for their durability and burst of vibrant color.

Diamonds sparkle like bright stars, and because of their hard natural durability can be cut and designed into stunning jewelry. This spectacular gemstone naturally occurs in a spectrum of colors with red being the rarest.

Sapphire is the most recognizable gemstone and the birthstone for September. Like diamonds, sapphires naturally occur in colors like orange, yellow, blue, green and purple! Sapphires represent loyalty, trust and honestly — making them a perfect compliment to an Engagement Ring.

Who's That Lady?

The classic Walking Lady on the American Silver Eagle was designed by Adolph A. Weinman. His design is featured on the Obverse side of the 1ozt Silver Dollar and Half Dollar. She was introduced in 1986 and has become an iconic symbol on US Minted Coins. In 2021, she was updated slightly with more detail. She is draped in the folds of the American flag. Her right arm is extended and she carries laurel and oak branches in her left.
